Drove a redesign of the website for the Amazon.com homepage design system, including information architecture and page layout. Improved consistency and efficiency by creating templates and documentation for design system updates.
Wrote and implemented global emoji usage policy for outbound notifications, U.S. Amazon.com homepage, social ads, and third-party sellers.
Implemented the first standardized, cross-org process to intake and correct content and design errors on the U.S. Amazon.com homepage, as well as identify teams with frequent issues to provide coaching opportunities.
Served as the lead reviewer for content placements on the U.S. Amazon.com homepage and global outbound notifications. Areas of consideration were usability, accessibility, and adherence to Amazon brand standards.
Supported designers and product managers in 19 countries through Amazon-wide UX writing office hours.

Created the U.S. retail and marketing style guide, used by all product, design, and marketing teams across Amazon retail businesses.
Supported all content writing requests for approximately 30 teams. Created an intake and triage process that included tiers of service, standard SLAs, and guidance for teams whose requests fell below the prioritization line.
Wrote landing pages, outbound notifications, and other marketing content to support Style Code Live—a livestreaming fashion and entertainment show hosted on Amazon.com.
